HomeGuard Weather is a pre-launch iPhone app that turns your local forecast into simple home-care checklists. $59.99/year with a 30-day free trial or $14.99/month with cancellation anytime, no hardware required. This page explains its privacy approach: the website stores the waitlist details you submit and, if you complete it, a separate anonymous Home Readiness Check response. That response contains five home-preparation answers, completion time, a random response ID, and basic marketing attribution. It does not store raw IP addresses, require cookies, or add invasive tracking. Full app privacy details will be finalized before the App Store launch.

Free printable home checklists are available in the public checklist library without submitting personal information. The separate iPhone beta waitlist collects only the information described below when you choose to join.
Information submitted on this site
This site collects the waitlist information you submit: your email address, optional ZIP code or region, and basic marketing attribution such as UTM fields, landing-page variant, referrer, and capture time.
The waitlist flow does not store raw IP addresses, require cookies, or add invasive tracking.

Home Readiness Check responses
The free Home Readiness Check collects only the five answers you choose: ZIP code or region, homeowner stage, home type, relevant home features, and primary weather concern. It also stores completion time, a random anonymous response ID, and the same basic marketing attribution described above. It does not collect street addresses, property values, or an email address to show your plan or a free checklist.
You may separately choose to join the iPhone beta waitlist after seeing your result. In that case, your waitlist record may be linked to the anonymous response ID. Your email is not stored in the quiz response.
Public checklist access
The public checklist library does not require an email address, account, or access cookie. Checklist previews and PDF downloads are ordinary public website files.
How waitlist information may be used
Waitlist information may be used to contact you about early access, beta availability, and relevant product updates.
App privacy details
The app privacy details will be finalized before App Store launch. This page will be updated as HomeGuard Weather gets closer to launch.
