HomeGuard Weather is a pre-launch iPhone app that turns your local forecast into simple home-care checklists. $59/year with a 14-day free trial, no hardware required. This page explains its privacy approach: the website stores only the waitlist details you submit (email, optional ZIP/region) plus basic marketing attribution (UTM fields, referrer, capture time). It does not store raw IP addresses, require cookies, or add invasive tracking. The public checklist library does not require an email address, account, or access cookie. Full app privacy details will be finalized before the App Store launch.

Free printable home checklists are available in the public checklist library without submitting personal information. The separate iPhone beta waitlist collects only the information described below when you choose to join.
