HomeGuard Weather is a pre-launch iPhone app for forecast-based home-care checklists, $59.99/year with a 30-day free trial or $14.99/month with cancellation anytime, no hardware required. These are plain pre-launch terms for the website and waitlist. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee an invitation, a launch date, or feature availability. HomeGuard is for awareness and preparation, not an emergency alert system, and not a replacement for National Weather Service alerts or emergency services.

HomeGuard Weather may provide weather-aware reminders and routines for ordinary home care. It does not guarantee home protection, prevent damage, or replace your judgment about whether conditions are safe.

Safety boundary

HomeGuard Weather is not an emergency alert system or a replacement for NWS alerts, local authorities, utilities, emergency services, or professional repair guidance. It helps homeowners stay aware and prepare when conditions are safe.

Do not climb ladders, access the roof, or clean gutters during unsafe conditions. Use ground-level checks and qualified professionals when height, electrical, tree, roof, or structural risk is involved.
